2005 Ledson Bellisimo

Although definitely above a table wine, I was really hoping for the wine to jump pout at me for the price. However it fell short. The wine was a little disjointed from the start to the finish. Not very dynamic. Bright fruit aromas of blackberry and raspberry combine with a pleasant smokiness. A slight touch of cherry carries to the back of the palate. This is a toss up at 60 dollars. Worth a try to see if you like this style.
