Carmel color. This wine sways more to a sparkling wine feel. Kind of like a Blanc de Nois Schramsberg. Good tang to this wine and the fruit is present but not overwhelming. The nose was kind of flat and I did not get much from it but a little grapefruit. The finish was long and the initial spices in the start lingered and were nice. Overall this wine did not have tons of flavors and was more even keeled. It was refreshing and enjoyable though.
