2005 Bravante Vineyards Trio
(USA, California, Napa Valley, Howell Mountain)
Nose is more on the veggies side with green pepper and spices. Also some black olives and a little floral. The nose is a little flat and not much fruit. The palate is strong with minerals. Has a strong metal feel. Some blackberry and spices and the tannins are not bad. they are not real hot. The wine has a darker finish and sour aftertaste. Overall just an ok wine and I would go thumbs down on it.
