2007 Caymus Conundrum  White  Wine

Medium golden color. Great bouquet of  banana, mango and apricot. The palate has good fruit, very vibrant; pears, papaya, very tropical on the mouthfeel.  Feels a little sugary.  It is a soft wine on the sweeter side.  Tannins are light and the wine is crisp and leaning toward industrial and did not have the BITE I was expecting.  I liked this wine overall but I am not a huge white wine drinker.  I would buy this wine again.  It was just a nice experience.
