Fisher Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Unity

At the Capital Grille in Boca Raton for dinner and had this great Cab. The nose was very pleasant and soft with butter, caramel and a soft cherry. The palate was a very subdued with a velvety feel to it. It was not hot at all, the tannins were very soft, almost non existent and it was softer than I’ve ever had on a cab. Lots of cocoa and tobacco. This was a pleasant wine but there was not much fruit at all. It was more of an earthy, dark tobacco wine but on the softer side. It was really good with the Rib eye entree I had. This is worth a try.
