Schramsberg Blanc De Noirs, 87 points

Almost clear in color with hints of cream.  Creamy taste with a hint of Carmel and vanilla.  Not as dry as the brut.  Schramsburg

A little dark on the after taste.  The finish is short.  A nutty toasty offering with pronounced grape flavors. Finishes with some lemon and a touch of granny smith apples.  This is one of the better sparkling wines for me.  Very crisp and fresh feeling.  Worth a try.
